You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council Ordinance Committee, to be held on Wednesday, May 25, 2016, at 6:20 p.m. in the City Council Office, Room 303, Pawtucket City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

 

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

 

1.      Public Input Period.

 

2.      Previous Minutes (03-23-2016)

 

3.      Communication from Janu Memon, to the Honorable Members of the Pawtucket City Council, requesting to change the zone from RM to CG for the property at 361-367 Fountain Street/373 Fountain Street and 7-9 Gooding Street.  (AP7 L1 & 452)

 

4.      AN ORDINANCE IN AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 2958 OF THE ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET, RHODE ISLAND, AMENDING THE 2011 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN.  361-367 Fountain Street/373 Fountain Street and 7-9 Gooding Street   (Assessor’s Plat 7 Lots 1 and 452)

 

5.      AN ORDINANCE IN AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 410 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET 1996, ENTITLED “ZONING” (Official Maps – 361-367 Fountain Street/373 Fountain Street and 7-9 Gooding Street, Assessor’s Plat 7 Lots 1 and 452)

 

This meeting is being called by Councilor Thomas E. Hodge, Chairperson of the Ordinance Committee.
