You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council City Property Committee, to be held on Wednesday, May 11, 2016, at 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Office, Room 303, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:
1. Public Input Period.
2. Previous Minutes (3/23/16 & 4/20/2016)
3. Communication from Meghan Kallman, Co-Founder & Director, Prison Op/Ed Project, to the Honorable Members of the Pawtucket City Council, requesting permission to use a parcel of public land on Taft Street for purposes of a community garden.
4. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PAWTUCKET REVIVAL SQUAD TO USE THE CITY-OWNED PLOT OF LAND ABUTTING THE RIVER SIDE OF TAFT STREET (AP54 L827) FOR A COMMUNITY GARDEN.
This meeting is being called by Councilor Tetreault, Chair of the City Property Committee.
