SUBJECT: CITY PROPERTY COMMITTEE MEETING

You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council City Property Committee, to be held on Wednesday, May 26, 2016, at 5:50 p.m. in the City Council Office, Room 303, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:
1. Public Input Period.
2. Communication from owner/operator Jorge Diogo, KDJD Realty Company & R House Restaurant Inc. d/b/a Roast House Restaurant & Pub, 176 Columbus Avenue, requesting permission to maintain a newly constructed 16-20 overhang over city property for the front door which is approximately 15 feet high.
3. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET TO ENTER INTO AN EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH KDJD REALTY COMPANY TO MAINTAIN AN OVERHANG OVER THE CITY’S SIDEWALK AT 176 COLUMBUS AVENUE.
This meeting is being called by Councilor Tetreault, Chair of the City Property Committee.
