You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council Ordinance Committee, to be held on Wednesday, February 10, 2016, at 5:40 p.m. in the City Council Office, Room 303, Pawtucket City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

 

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

 

1.      Public Input Period.

 

2.      Previous Minutes (11/24/2015)

 

3.      AN ORDINANCE IN AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 410 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY PAWTUCKET, 1996, ENTITLED “ZONING” Text and Official Maps (Historic District – 92 Cambria Court)

 

4.      Review of a discrepancy on the COLA benefits for police and firefighter widows between a resolution approved on June 8, 2006 and ordinance Chapter 2836, which was passed on December 15, 2006.

 

5.      Communication from Richard J. Goldstein, MMC, City Clerk, to Frank J. Milos, Jr., Esq., City Solicitor.   (Solicitation from Streets and Sidewalks)
