3. Communication from Michael Wilcox, Project Engineer, Planning and Redevelopment, to the Pawtucket City Council. (Conveyance of RIDOT Land on Summit Street to the City of Pawtucket)
4. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF LAND FROM THE STATE OF RHODE ISLAND TO THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET FOR A PASSIVE PARK (PORTION OF LAND THAT IS PART OF ROUTE 95 LOCATED ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF SUMMIT STREET, SOUTH OF WALCOTT STREET – AP23 L529
5. Communication from Barney S. Heath, Director of Planning and Redevelopment, to the Pawtucket City Council (Conveyance of RIDOT Land on Summit Street to the City of Pawtucket)
