You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council Ordinance Committee, to be held on Wednesday, August 10, 2016, at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Office, Room 303, Pawtucket City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

 

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

 

1.      Public Input Period.

 

2.      Previous Minutes (07/06/2016)

 

3.      AN ORDINANCE IN AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 410 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET 1996, ENTITLED “ZONING” (Home Occupation by Right for Legal Residents)

 

4.      § 351-62. Pedestrians soliciting rides or business.

 

5.      § 388-61. Overnight and Sunday and holiday parking prohibited.

 

6.      Communication from Joe Morais, to the Pawtucket City Council Ordinance Committee, requesting approval of an ordinance clarifying park hours. (Substitute A)

 

7.      AN ORDINANCE IN AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 294 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET, 1996, ENTITLED “PARKS AND PLAYGROUNDS” (Park Hours) SUBSTITUTE A

 

8.      TO BE INDEFINITELY POSTPONED:
