SUBJECT:      CITY PROPERTY COMMITTEE MEETING

You are requested to attend a joint meeting of the City Property Committee and Public Works Committee , to be held on Wednesday, April 20, 2016, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Office, Room 303, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

 

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

 

1.      Public Input Period.

 

2.      Communication from Linda Weisinger, Executive Director, Pawtucket Central Falls Development, to David P. Moran, President, Pawtucket City Council, requesting that the City construct a small park on a parcel on East Street.

 

3.      Communication from Barney S. Heath, Director, Planning & Redevelopment, to Richard J. Goldstein, MMC, City Clerk.  (Temporary Construction Agreement – East Street)

 

4.      RESOLUTION GRANTING A TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT TO PAWTUCKET CENTRAL FALLS DEVELOPMENT TO CONSTRUCT A PUBLIC PARK ON EAST STREET.

 

This meeting is being called by Councilor Tetreault, Chair of the City Property Committee and Councilor Rudd, Chair of the Public Works Committee.
