You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Property Committee, to be held on Tuesday, November 24, 2015, at 5:25 p.m. in the City Council Office, Room 303, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

 

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

 

1.      Public Input Period.

 

2.      Previous Minutes (11/10/2015)

 

The Committee may enter into Executive Session pursuant to §42-46-4 and Section 42-46-5 (A)(5) of the General Laws of Rhode Island regarding the acquisition or lease of real property for public purposes, or of the disposition of publicly held property

 

3.      Communication from Colin Kane, Principal, Peregrine Group LLC, to Mayor Donald R. Grebien (Letter of Intent - Redevelopment of 45 Division Street)

 

4.      Communication from His Honor, Mayor Donald R. Grebien, to the Honorable Members of the Pawtucket City Council (Evaluation – Division Street Proposal)

 

5.      NAMING OF PREFERRED DEVELOPER FOR THE DIVISION STREET PROPERTY  (Waterfront property located at the corner of Division and Water/School Streets Plat 23 Lots 599 & 73)

 

This meeting is being called by Councilor Tetreault, Chair of the City Property Committee.
