You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council Finance Committee, to be held on Monday, May 18, 2015, immediately following the Public Hearing on the Municipal Budget scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. The Finance Committee will meet in the City Council Office, Room 303, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

 

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

 

 

1.   Public Input Period.

 

 

2.   CAPITAL BUDGET ORDINANCE 2015-2016

 

 

3.   ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGET ORDINANCE 2015-2016

 

 

4.   AN ORDINANCE IN AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 363 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET ENTITLED, “TAXATION” (EXEMPTIONS 2015)

 

 

This meeting is being called by Councilor Barry, Chairperson of the Finance Committee.
