You are requested to attend a joint meeting of the City Council Finance Committee and City Property Committee, to be held on Wednesday, May 6, 2015, at 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Office, Room 303, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

1. Public Input Period.

2. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO ENTER INTO A LEASE PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR THE FOR FORMER ST. LEO’S SCHOOL AT 723 CENTRAL AVENUE.

A portion of this meeting may be held in Executive Session pursuant to §42-46-4 and Section 42-46-5 (A)(5) of the General Laws of Rhode Island regarding the acquisition or lease of real property for public purposes, or of the disposition of publicly held property

This meeting is being called by Councilor Barry, Chair of the Finance Committee and Councilor Tetreault, Chair of the City Property Committee.
