You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council Finance Committee, to be held on Wednesday, December 9, 2015, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Office, Room 303, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

 

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

 

1.   Public Input Period.

 

2.   Communication from Jeremy A. Duffy, Managing Partner, Isle Brewers Guild, LLC, to David P. Moran, President, Pawtucket City Council, requesting tax treaty for 461 Main Street.

 

3.   Communication from Barney S. Heath, Director, Planning and Redevelopment to David P. Moran, President, Pawtucket City Council, recommendation in favor of Isle Brewers Guild, LLC twelve-year tax stabilization request.

 

4.   AN ORDINANCE IN AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 3059 OF THE ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET ESTABLISHING A PAY PLAN FOR THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET FOR LOCAL 1012 (PWSB – Delete: Water Board Engineering Intern; Add: Water CAD/GIS/Records Coordinator)

 

5.   AN ORDINANCE IN AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 3009 OF THE ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET ESTABLISHING A PAY PLAN FOR THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET FOR LOCAL 3960 (Delete: Tax Collector;  Create: Treasurer)

 

6.   AN ORDINANCE IN AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 50 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET, 1996, ENTITLED “OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES’ (TREASURER’S DUTIES)
