You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council Finance Committee, to be held on Wednesday, August 5, 2015, at 6:20 p.m. in the City Council Office, Room 303, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

 

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

 

1.   Public Input Period.

 

2.   Previous Minutes (06/24/2015)

 

3.   Communication from Joanna L’Heureux, Finance Director, to David P. Moran, Council President.  (Experience Study Results – Summary – New Plan)

 

4.   RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE REVISED ACTUARIAL ASSUMPTIONS FROM THE EXPERIENCE STUDY COMPLETED BY SHERMAN ACTUARIAL SERVICES, LLC.

 

5.   AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS WITHIN THE 2015-2016 ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGET, CHAPTER 3071. (Library Personnel)

 

This meeting is being called by Councilor Barry, Chairperson of the Finance Committee.
