You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council Public Works/Cemetery Committee, to be held on Wednesday, September 24, 2014, at 5:40 p.m., in the City Council Office, Room 303, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

 

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

 

1.   Public Input Period.

 

2.   Previous Minutes: 07/09/14

 

3.   Communication from Orlando V. Ramos, to Richard J. Goldstein, MMC, City Clerk, requesting the renaming of Anthony Avenue to Brava Avenue. 

 

4.   Communication from Lance Hill, PE, Director of Public Works, to Richard J. Goldstein, MMC, City Clerk.  (Responses from Residents of Anthony Avenue)

 

5.   Communication from Frank J. Milos, Jr., Esq., City Solicitor, to Council President David P. Moran.  (Agreement – 1R Highway Safety Improvements to Dexter Street)

 

6.   Communication from Barney S. Heath, Director, Planning & Redevelopment, to the Pawtucket City Council.  (Easement for National Grid to Move Electric Poles at Conant Street)

 

This meeting is being called by Councilor Jean Philippe Barros, Chairperson of the Public Works/Cemeteries Committee.
