You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council Committee of the Whole, to be held on Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at 6:10 p.m. in the City Council Office, Room 303, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

 

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

 

1.   Public Input Period.

 

2.   Communication from Lance Hill, PE, Director of Public Works, to His Honor, Mayor Donald R. Grebien.  (Pawtucket City Hall Tower Issues)

 

3.   Pawtucket City Hall Tower Leaks Investigation dated March 26, 2012, prepared by Robinson Green Beretta Corp.

 

4.   Communication from Susan Mara, Senior Planner, to Council President Moran.  (Historic District Commission Response – City Hall Tower)

 

A portion of this meeting may be held in Executive Session pursuant to § 42-46-4 and § 42-46-5 (A)(2) of the General Laws of the State of Rhode Island regarding pending litigation.

 

5.   Communication from Frank J. Milos, Jr., Esq., City Solicitor, to Councilor Thomas E. Hodge. (Response – City Hall Tower Repairs)
