SUBJECT:	PUBLIC WORKS/CEMETERY COMMITTEE MEETING

You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council Public Works/Cemetery Committee, to be held on Wednesday, October 15, 2014, at 5:30 p.m., in the Mayor’s Conference Room, 2^nd Floor, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

1. Public Input Period.

2. Previous Minutes: 09/24/14

3. Potential Legal Liability for Allowing Non-City Employees to do Volunteer Work in City Owned Cemeteries.

A portion of this meeting may be held in Executive Session pursuant to § 42-46-4 and § 42-46-5 (A)(2) of the General Laws of the State of Rhode Island regarding pending litigation.

This meeting is being called by Councilor Jean Philippe Barros, Chairperson of the Public Works/Cemeteries Committee.
