You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council Finance Committee, to be held on Wednesday, June 25, 2014, at 5:45 p.m. in the City Council Office, Room 303, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

 

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

 

1.   Public Input Period.

 

2.   AN ORDINANCE IN AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 2997 OF THE ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET ESTABLISHING A PAY PLAN FOR THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET FOR LOCAL 1012.  (Reclassification of Tax Reconciliation Clerk from an R29 to an R35)

 

3.   RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ABATEMENT OF TAXES ON AUTOMOBILES, REAL ESTATE, AND TANGIBLE PERSONAL PROPERTY IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF $121,671.69 FOR JANUARY, FEBRUARY AND MARCH, 2014

 

4.   Communication from His Honor, Mayor Donald R. Grebien, to the Honorable Members of the Pawtucket City Council. (Submitting the Pawtucket Lodge No. 4 Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) Contract for July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2013)

 

5.   Ratification of Contract between the City of Pawtucket and Pawtucket Lodge No. 4 Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) Contract for July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2013.

 

6.   Communication from Barney S. Heath, Director of Planning and Redevelopment to the Finance Committee (Draft Tax Stabilization Ordinance)
