3. Communication from Frank J. Milos, Jr., Esq., City Solicitor, to David P. Moran, President, Pawtucket City Council. (Division Street Bridge No. 965 Lighting Restoration Sub Recipient Agreement)

4. Communication from Lance Hill, PE, Director of Public Works, to Richard J. Goldstein, MMC, City Clerk. (Submitting request of Mr. Greenwood to install a bench, tree, and plaque at Oak Grove Cemetery)
