SPECIAL SESSION

A special session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners was held Thursday, May 28, 2026, at 5:40 p.m., in the Temporary City Council Chambers, 2^nd floor, 100 Freight Street, Pawtucket, RI.

 

Present – President Mercer; Councilors Araujo, Moran, Moreno, Rubio, Stachowiak and Wildenhain.

 

Absent – Councilors Coderre and Gregor.

 

Chairperson Mercer presided.

 

1.      Communication from Terrence E. Mercer, Chair, Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners, to the Honorable Members of the Board of License Commissioners, calling a special session of the Board for Thursday, May 28, 2026, at 5:30 p.m., was READ AND ORDERED FILED.

 

 

2.      THE FOLLOWING PETITION FOR LICENSE WAS APPROVED ON A UNANIMOUS VOICE VOTE:

 

ENTERTAINMENT –

 

A.    Petition of Centreville Bank Stadium, 11 Tidewater Street, for a license to conduct fireworks post Rhode Island FC game on Saturday, June 6, 2026, from 8:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. EVT-26-29

 

 

 

Upon motion made by Councilor Araujo, seconded by Councilor Wildenhain, the meeting was adjourned at 5:42 p.m.
