A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners was held Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at 6:56 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

 

Present – President Mercer, Councilors Araujo, Coderre, Gregor, Moran, Moreno, Rubio, Stachowiak and Wildenhain.

 

Absent – 0.

 

Chairperson Mercer presided.

 

The reading of the records of May 8, 2024 and May 16, 2024 was dispensed with and the records were APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk, Video

 

 

Upon motion made by Councilor Araujo, seconded by Councilor Moreno, the *Consent Agenda was APPROVED, on a unanimous voice vote. Video

Mancini, Esq., Sinapi Law Associates, to the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners, objecting to the transfer of the Class B (Victualler) Liquor License of Murphy’s Law (Pawtucket GR Restaurant LLC) to Azul Tequila Bar & Mexican Grill (Azulpaw LLC) 2 George Street, in the total amount of $5,395.00 for Mancini Beverage and $954.00 for Horizon Beverage.

There will use the outdoor patio.
