A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners was held Wednesday, February 7, 2024, at 7:03 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

 

Present – President Mercer, Councilors Araujo, Coderre, Gregor, Moreno, Rubio, Stachowiak and Wildenhain.

 

Absent – Councilor Moran.

 

Chairperson Mercer presided.

 

The reading of the records of January 17, 2024 and January 24, 2024 was dispensed with and the records were APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk,

 

Upon motion made by Councilor Araujo, seconded by Councilor Wildenhain, the *Consent Agenda was APPROVED, on a unanimous voice vote.

Noes – Councilor Gregor, Stachowiak and Wildenhain.

 

ENTERTAINMENT –                                                                           

 

Petition of Jason Rocha for a license to conduct a Love is in the Air event at 230 Main Street, on Saturday, February 10, 2024, from 6:00 p.m. until 1:00 a.m., LIC#16174

 

Stipulations:

 

1.     Entertainment to end at 12:30 a.m. – Last Call at 12:45 a.m. – Close at 1:00 a.m. – All patrons out by 1:15 a.m. – All staff out by 1:30 a.m.

2.     All websites must be updated to reflect that this event ends at 1:00 a.m. – This must be done by 11:30 a.m. on Thursday morning – Clerk’s Office must be notified when this is done.

3.     All ticket holders must be notified that the event is to end at 1:00 a.m. – This must be done by 11:30 a.m. on Thursday morning – Clerk’s Office must be notified when this is done.

4.     A 3-person police detail will be required for this event from 9:30 p.m. – 1:30 a.m.

5.     Fire detail required – times and number of detail officers to be determined by the Fire Marshall

6.     All corrections to be done as required by the Fire Inspection, (ex. Fire Extinguishers updated).
