A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners was held Wednesday, September 6, 2023, at 8:22 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI. Video

 

Present – President Mercer, Councilors Araujo, Coderre, Gregor, Moran, Moreno, Rubio, Stachowiak and Wildenhain.

 

Absent – 0.

 

Chairperson Mercer presided.

 

 

The reading of the records of August 23, 2023 was dispensed with and the records were APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk, Video

 

 

Upon motion made by Councilor Araujo, seconded by Councilors Moreno and Rubio, the *Consent Agenda was APPROVED, on a unanimous voice vote. Video

Mr. Lopes stated that the liquor application was filed a month ago.

 

They will remove the patio to allow additional parking. Removing the patio will increase parking from 4 spots to 7 spots.

 

The restaurant is open, they would like to add liquor.

 

There were no others speakers. The hearing was continued.

Upon motion made by Councilor Gregor, seconded by Councilor Moreno, the following petition for license was POSTPONED and the hearing was CONTINUED until September 20, 2023, on a unanimous voice vote:
