A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners was held Wednesday, June 7, 2023, at 7:01 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI. Video

 

Present – President Mercer, Councilors Araujo, Moran, Moreno, Rubio, Stachowiak and Wildenhain.

 

Absent – Councilors Coderre and Gregor.

 

Chairperson Mercer presided.

 

 

The reading of the records of May 24, 2023 was dispensed with and the records were APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk, Video

Mrs. DaSilva stated that she will keep the restaurant as it is. The current staff will stay.  The menu will be the same for now, but eventually she will add Cape Verdean food items.  She may change the hours.  Renters who have events will decide what kind of music they will have.

 

She has business experience, but not in restaurants. She will not be doing outside catering but she will have banquets.

Mr. Rodriguez stated that he has tires outside and he is working to remove them.
