A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners was held Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at 6:46 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

 

Present – President Pro-Tempore Araujo, Councilors Coderre, Gregor, Moran, Moreno, and Wildenhain.

 

Absent – President Mercer, Councilors Rubio and Stachowiak.

 

President Pro-Tempore Araujo presided.

 

The reading of the records of November 21, 2023 was dispensed with and the records were APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk,

 

 

Upon motion made by Councilor Moran, seconded by Councilor Moreno, the *Consent Agenda was APPROVED, on a unanimous voice vote.

Ms. Lopez stated that they will have outdoor uncovered seating during the spring and summer.

 

She opened her business in September 2023.

 

They plan to serve hard iced coffee, liquor with coffee, and it won’t be a bar.

 

The hours for now will be 6:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Monday thru Saturday.  At a later date, they may extend the hours until 8:00 or 9:00 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays

 

There is plenty of parking.

 

They are not associated with Zero Hora.
