A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, October 5, 2022, at 7:32 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI. 
Present – President Moran, Councilors Araujo, DaRosa, Gregor, Mercer, Schuette, Stachowiak, Vasquez and Wildenhain.
Absent – 0.
Chairperson Moran presides.
The reading of the records of September 21, 2022 is dispensed with and the records are APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk, 
Upon motion made by Councilor Mercer, seconded by Councilor Araujo, the *Consent Agenda is APPROVED, on a unanimous voice vote. 
*THE FOLLOWING PETITIONS FOR LICENSES ARE APPROVED ON A UNANIMOUS VOICE VOTE:

1. The business shall not operate after 6:00 p.m.
2. There shall be no music of any kind playing outside.
3. No tow trucks or flat bed trucks shall be parked on the street.
4. Employees parking shall not be permitted on the street.
5. There shall not be any outside repairs; all repairs shall be done inside the facility.
6. There shall be no more than 11 vehicles stored outside the facility.

Mr. DaCouto is ok with all the previous stipulations.

Upon motion made by Councilor Gregor, seconded by Councilor Araujo, the following licenses are APPROVED, on a unanimous voice vote:
