A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, July 6, 2022, at 8:15 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI. 
Present – President Moran, Councilors Araujo, DaRosa, Gregor, Mercer, Stachowiak, Vasquez and Wildenhain.
Absent – Councilor Schuette.
Chairperson Moran presides.
The reading of the records of June 22, 2022 is dispensed with and the records are APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk, 
Upon motion made by Councilor Mercer, seconded by Councilor Wildenhain, the *Consent Agenda is APPROVED, on a unanimous voice vote.

Ms. Ruiz states that she has owned the property for two years.
She has her TIPS Certification. When asked if everyone is TIPS certified, she asks if cooks need to be TIPS certified. She is told no, only those who handle alcohol need the certification.
She states that her family has experience in the business.
She intends to be open from 2:00 p.m. until 1:00 a.m.
She and her family will work there.
She has parking in the front, in the back and also in a lot on the side. The tenants there use one parking spot.
She states that she won’t have a DJ there, but she will play music.
She will get a dumpster, if needed.
There are no other speakers.

Councilor Moran states for the record that he has asked City Solicitor Milos to appeal the decision by the Department of Business Regulation on FabCity Cigar Lounge.
