A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, January 5, 2022, at 7:19 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – President Moran, Councilors Gregor, Mercer, Schuette, Stachowiak, Vasquez and Wildenhain.
Absent – Councilors Araujo and DaRosa.
Chairperson Moran presides.
The reading of the records of December 22, 2021 is dispensed with and the records are APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk, 
Upon motion made by Councilor Mercer, seconded by Councilor Schuette, the *Consent Agenda is APPROVED, on a unanimous voice vote.

NOTE: On October 8, 2021, an Order was issued for a four (4) day suspension, specifically for consecutive Fridays and Saturdays, which was STAYED for a period of six (6) months.

Owner, Jose Mendes, 159 Warren Avenue, Pawtucket, RI, is present.
Councilor Schuette states that as a new business owner, Mr. Mendes has been doing a good job. She is concerned about him operating after hours.
Mr. Mendes states that the he apologizes and lost track of time. He will try to keep up the good work.
Also present is Captain David Holden, Pawtucket Police Department.
Captain Holden states that there have been no incidents since November 26, 2021.
Councilor Schuette reminds Mr. Mendes that any future violations will be subject to penalties.
Upon motion made by Councilor Mercer, seconded by Councilor Schuette, the meeting is adjourned at 7:28 p.m.
