A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, December 21, 2022, at 6:56 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

 

Present – President Moran, Councilors Araujo, DaRosa, Gregor, Mercer, Schuette, Stachowiak, Vasquez and Wildenhain.

 

Absent – 0.

 

Chairperson Moran presides.

 

 

The reading of the records of December 7, 2022 is dispensed with and the records are APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk,

 

 

Upon motion made by Councilor Mercer, seconded by Councilor Wildenhain, the *Consent Agenda is APPROVED, on a unanimous voice vote.

Upon motion by Councilor Gregor, seconded by Councilor Araujo, the above licenses are amended to extend the hours, as follows:

 

The ENTERTAINMENT license will be from 9:00 p.m. until 3:00 a.m.

The CLASS F (Full privilege) license will be from 9:00 p.m. until 1:00 a.m.
