A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, August 24, 2022, at 12:08 p.m., in the City Council Office, Room 303, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

 

Present – President Moran, Councilors Araujo, Mercer, Schuette, Stachowiak, Vasquez and Wildenhain.

 

Absent – Councilors DaRosa and Gregor.

 

Chairperson Moran presides.

 

 

The reading of the records of August 10, 2022 is dispensed with and the records are APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk,

 

 

Upon motion made by Councilor Mercer, seconded by Councilor Araujo, the *Consent Agenda is APPROVED, on a unanimous voice vote.

Ms. Proto states that they have a safety plan for protocols.

 

 

Mr. Sullivan states that this will not be a nightclub; this restaurant will be an upscale lounge.

 

It will start with Friday nights and Sunday brunch. Fridays will have R & B and soul singers.

 

They present a plan for the business.

 

Mr. Sullivan states that he has worked in casino management.

On or about August 11, 2022:  Authorizing the sale or delivery to an underaged person for purposes of sale, possession or consumption of an alcoholic beverage on the license premises either for said underaged person’s own use or of any other person (Violation of R.I. Gen. Laws § 3-8-1).
