A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, September 22, 2021, at 7:04 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI. 
Present – President Moran, Councilors Araujo, DaRosa, Gregor, Mercer, Schuette, Vasquez and Wildenhain.
Absent – 0.

This is a local community bar with a few tables outside. There will be 3-5 employees. Everyone is TIPS Certified. They may do trivia; and may have acoustic music and karaoke.
They will make sure that the customers park away from the houses so they will not be blocking the neighborhood.
She may add new kitchen equipment and will have the same menu.
The hours will be 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. now, but she may extend them in the new year.
There are no other speakers. The hearing is closed.

The Clerk is instructed to schedule a Special Meeting of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners on Tuesday, September 28, 2021, to take up the two letters introduced from Captain Holden regarding incidents at International Club and Billar, 327 Barton Street and Nova Churrasqueira Restaurant, 434 Broadway.

With majority consent of the Board, the following motion made by Councilor Wildenhain, seconded by Councilor Araujo, is PASSED on a unanimous voice vote:
The Clerk is instructed to send a communication to Tina Goncalves, Chief of Police, regarding Nova Churrasqueira Restaurant. In response to the letter to the board regarding an incident at the restaurant, the board is requesting that the police department check up on the restaurant until they are brought before the board, probably on October 6, 2021, for a hearing. The board wants to be sure that they are complying with two of the stipulations on their license:
