Mr. Quiroz states that because COVID hit, they are looking to reinvent themselves.  They are looking to meet their customers’ wants and needs.  They are looking to create a business plan.

 

Mr. Quiroz would like to have hookah outside and downstairs only.  They would like to use hookah only after they stop serving food to bring in new customers.  They want to keep their family customers.

 

They would like to create a lounge, not a nightclub.  They would like to change at night to an adult lounge.

 

He understands that they must make 51% of their revenues from tobacco and hookah.

 

He believes that hookah will be allowed outdoors as of May 21, 2021.

 

Speaking is Wilson Mangos.

 

Mr. Mangos stated that the business will be open at 5:00 p.m.

 

Mr. Quiroz states that the hookah set-up cost is from $35-$50, with $10-$15 for refill.
