A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, September 23, 2020, at 7:17 p.m., via videoconference on ZOOM during the COVID-19 pandemic, per Governor’s orders up to and including 20-75.

 

Present on ZOOM – Chairperson Moran, Councilors Araujo, Barry, Kallman, Mercer, Vasquez, Vitali and Wildenhain.

 

Absent – Councilor Rudd.

 

Chairperson Moran presides.

 

 

The reading of the records of September 9, 2020 is dispensed with and the records are APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk, on a roll call vote, as follows:

 

AYES – President Moran, Councilors Araujo, Barry, Kallman, Mercer, Vasquez, Vitali and Wildenhain.

 

NOES – 0.

With majority consent of the Board, the following motion made by Councilor Kallman, seconded by Councilor Vitali, is PASSED on a unanimous voice vote:

 

The Clerk is instructed to send a communication to the Department of Public Works to request that they paint yellow “no parking” lines in front of 62-64 Woodlawn Avenue and across the street at 65 Woodlawn Avenue, on a roll call vote as follows:

 

AYES – President Moran, Councilors Araujo, Barry, Kallman, Mercer, Vasquez, Vitali and Wildenhain.

 

NOES – 0.

 

 

 

Upon motion made by Councilor Mercer, seconded by Councilor Wildenhain, the meeting is adjourned at 7:29 p.m.
