A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, September 9, 2020, at 7:10 p.m., via videoconference on ZOOM during the COVID-19 pandemic, per Governor’s order 20-25, 20-46, 20-53 and 20-63. Video

Councilor Kallman states that she would like the shop to close at 7:00 p.m., due to the shop’s proximity to residential units.

 

 

Deputy Clerk Hardy points out that if the shop is in a residential zone, the closing time is 6:00 p.m.

 

Councilor Kallman asks Ms. Hardy to check the zone in time for the September 23 meeting.
