Mr. Welch states that he and the council president met with the individual who spoke two weeks before and tried to resolve his concerns. He states that there have been issues with the license holder, who is not without fault.
He states that the owner has put a plan in place regarding an August 8 alteration, including the addition of a security person. They closed down for a month at 11:00 p.m.
He notes that the business was closed for five days by the Department of Health. All employees have been spoken to by the Department of Health regarding what they need to do prior to being allowed to reopen. There have been no issues with the Department of Health since.
Most calls on police log since then were for security checks only. There were missteps by the license holders in August, but none since.
Parking was all on premises. They have 12 parking spaces, but needs 14. He has an agreement with a neighbor for four spaces and is working on a second agreement for six more.

Mr. Doherty heard the complaints at the last meeting. He secured thirteen parking spots off-street. He met with twelve neighbors and gave them his phone numbers.
Vendors will not block the street. He will put up a tent to reduce noise. He is closed at 10:00 p.m.
He tried to make the patio with pressure-treated wood, but could not get any, so he went to concrete. He would need to go to Zoning Board to get a permit and there wasn’t enough time.
