A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, March 11, 2020, at 7:04 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI. 
Present – Chairperson Moran, Councilors Araujo, Kallman, Mercer, Rudd, Vasquez, Vitali and Wildenhain.
Absent – Councilor Barry.

THE CHAIR RECOGNIZES COUNCILOR RUDD.
Upon motion made by Councilor Rudd, seconded by Councilor Wildenhain, the Council ACCEPTS THE PLEA OF NOLO CONTENDRE AND ADDS A STIPULATION TO THE LICENSE, for the following reason.
- On or about February 9, 2020: Operating after hours. (Violation of R.I. Gen. Laws 3-7-7, Pawtucket Ordinance 108-18 and Rule 18 of Liquor Control Administration)
STIPULATION ADDED:
- A detail officer shall be hired on Fridays and Saturdays 9:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. beginning Friday, March 13, 2020.
Upon motion made by Councilor Mercer, seconded by Councilor Rudd, the meeting is adjourned at 7:28 p.m.
