A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, January 8, 2020, at 7:32 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.   Video

 

Present – Chairperson Moran, Councilors Araujo, Barry, Kallman, Mercer, Rudd, Vasquez, Vitali and Wildenhain.

Mr. Lough states that Ms. Noriega owns Emily’s Restaurant in Johnston and she owned a restaurant in North Providence.

 

She is taking over Perry’s Liquors.

 

She is working with Mr. Perry during the transition and she will be evaluating the existing employees.

 

Ms. Noriega states that the hours of operation will be the same.

 

She bought the property and will rent out the unit above the store.

The Clerk is instructed to issue a summons to Dollar Tree #07899, 342 Power Road, to appear at an INFORMAL HEARING on Wednesday, February 5, 2020, for the following reasons:

 

  1. Issues regarding debris, litter and maintenance of the dumpster.
