Present are applicant Allen Correia and Attorney Mark Welch.

 

Attorney Welch stated that the business was closed on November 16 and 17, 2020. There were only employees inside the establishment cleaning and decorating.  No members of public were inside the establishment. 

 

 

The employees were given a Thanksgiving dinner; the police saw them leaving.

 

Attorney Welch does not agree that there were COVD violations.  He states that employees can be inside after 10:00 or 10:30 p.m.; only public dining must end by then.  Attorney Welch checked with DBR.  He states that they agree with him.

 

On November 13, 2020, DBR inspected Fab City.  He states that they had no problem with employees there after 10:30 p.m.  They got all passing grades on the inspection,

 

Mr. Welch states that other places have employees there after 10:00 or 10:30.

 

There are no other speakers.

 

The hearing is closed.
