A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, December 9, 2020, at 7:25 p.m., via videoconference on ZOOM during the COVID-19 pandemic, per Governor’s Executive Orders up to and including 20-103. Video

Present is Timeronte Andreozzi, 560 Mineral Spring Avenue, applicant.

 

Mr. Andreozzi states that the plan is to have a Jazz Club.  They will serve mostly finger foods.

 

The hours will be Tuesday thru Sunday, from 4:00 p.m. to whatever closing time is permitted.

 

 

They have 75-80 seats.  The club will be for adults.

 

He believes that now is the time to do this.  He has been a hip hop promoter, but loves Jazz.  He has ability to do this.

 

His mother and sister and others are in the corporation.

 

There are no other speakers.

 

Councilor Rudd states that he has a tremendous amount of apprehension about this application because of misrepresentations about who one of the people listed in the application is and about criminal charges, and about a lack of full disclosure when the application was originally submitted.  He also notes that one of the people listed had problems with the license bureau in Providence
