A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, June 5, 2019, at 6:55 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI. 

 

Present – Chairperson Moran; Councilors Araujo, Barry, Kallman, Rudd and Vitali.

 

Absent – Councilors Mercer, Vasquez and Wildenhain.

 

Chairperson Moran presides.

 

 

The reading of the records of May 22, 2019 is dispensed with and the records are APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk.

PREVIOUS STIPULATIONS

1.     Off-site parking must be available.

2.     There shall be temporary fencing at both entrances - Dean Street and Columbus Avenue.

3.     One detail officer shall be hired.

4.     Plastic Cups only may be used.

5.     Noise Ordinance must be adhered to – No amplified sound after 11:00 p.m. on Saturday and 9:00 p.m. on Sunday.

Upon motion made by Councilor Barry, seconded by Councilor Kallman, the following application is APPROVED with the following stipulations, on a unanimous voice vote:
