Present – Councilors Araujo, Mercer, Tetreault, Vitali and Wildenhain.
Absent – Chairperson Moran, Councilors Barry, Kallman, and Rudd.
Vice Chairperson Mercer presides.

Petition of Richard Roth to have the 19th annual Pawtucket Film Festival, at Blackstone Valley Visitors Center, 175 Main Street, on Friday, November 2, 2018, from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Saturday, November 3, 2018, from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and Sunday, November 4, 2018, from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. LIC#13599 (PAWTUCKET ARTS FESTIVAL)
Upon motion made by Councilor Wildenhain, seconded by Councilor Vitali, the meeting is adjourned at 5:59 p.m.
