A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Tuesday, November 20, 2018, at 6:58 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI. 

 

Present – Chairperson Moran, Councilors Araujo, Barry, Mercer, Tetreault, Vitali and Wildenhain.

 

Absent – Councilors Kallman and Rudd.

 

Chairperson Moran presides.

Present is Victor and Leslie Silva, 55 Roslyn Avenue, Cranston, RI, owners.

 

Mr. Silva would like to have a space for special events, birthday parties, bridal showers, etc.

 

Ms. Silva states that the establishment has a different address, however, people will enter thru Vibe Lounge.

 

The new space will be used during regular business hours.

 

Ms. Silva states that current capacity is 121, expect about 60-80 in the new space.  The fire department has not yet made a determination.

 

There is only on-street parking now.

 

Mr. Silva states that he hopes that patrons will use the parking garage once the rehab is done.

 

There are no other speakers.
