Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners
June 6, 2018
A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, June 6, 2018, at 7:15 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – Chairperson Moran, Councilors Barry, Rudd, Tetreault, Vitali and Wildenhain.
Absent – Councilors Kallman and Mercer.
Chairperson Moran presides.
The reading of the records of May 23, 2018 is dispensed with and the records are APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk.

Mr. Rivera states that there will be no major changes at the establishment.
He wants community involvement. He knows about failures with night clubs. He will not do a night club.
He will do trivia and will have 80s and 90s nights.
There will be outdoor seating in the front of the restaurant and it will be fenced in.
There will be no music outdoors.
He will have tenants in the building.
The parking will accommodate the tenants and business.
He has experience in the liquor business. He is a partner in the business at 345 Atwells Avenue.
The hours will be 11:00 am to 1:00 am.
Also speaking is Frank McCabe, 63 Linden Street, Pawtucket, RI.
Mr. McCabe doesn’t want the license to be issued until the building is sold to the applicant. He asks that the license be held until June 29.
There are no other speakers.

THE CHAIR RECOGNIZES COUNCILOR BARRY.
Upon motion made by Councilor Barry, seconded by Councilors Tetreault and Wildenhain, the following license is APPROVED with the following stipulations on a unanimous voice vote:

- No glass or glass bottles served outside.
- The license transfer shall not be issued until Frank McCabe notifies the Clerk’s Office that the property at 85 Pawtucket Avenue has been sold to the applicant.
