A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, July 11, 2018, at 7:02 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI. 
Present – Councilors Barry, Kallman, Mercer, Rudd, Tetreault, Vitali and Wildenhain.
Absent – Chairperson Moran.
Vice Chairperson Mercer presides.
The reading of the records of June 20, 2018 is dispensed with and the records are APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk.

Speaking in favor is Jeremy Duffy, 461 Main Street, Pawtucket, RI, the applicant.
Mr. Duffy states that manufacturing is up and running. The are working on growing their retail presence.
They are building a new beer hall.
They have a brewery license from the Department of Business Regulation. They are also approved for a brew pub license, but is on hold until he gets B (Victualer) Liquor License, or so he was told by the State.
This week he found out that he also needs local B-M (Brewpub Manufacturing License). He wants to do everything that is needed for compliance.
The beer hall will be on the first floor. It will be open on Tuesday and Wednesday night, along with the current Thursday thru Sunday hours.
They will have special events. There will be entertainment.
They will have more sitting tables. There will be more taps.
They will change Faroli’s space into a special events hall.
There are no other speakers.
The hearing is closed.
