A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, January 24, 2018, at 8:03 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI. 
Present – Chairperson Moran, Councilors Barry, Cano, Kallman, Mercer, Rudd, Tetreault, Vitali and Wildenhain.
Absent – 0.
Chairperson Moran presides.
The reading of the records of January 10, 2018 is dispensed with and the records are APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk.

The hours will be from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday thru Saturday.
There is parking in front of the store.
There will be four employees to start with.

With majority consent of the Council, the following motion made by Councilor Mercer, on behalf of Council President Moran, seconded by Councilors Barry and Vitali, is PASSED on a unanimous voice vote: 
The Clerk is instructed to issue a summons to Celtic Pub (Celtic Pub Inc.) 755 Broadway, to appear at an INFORMAL HEARING on Wednesday, February 7, 2018, for the following reasons:
The Board of License Commissioners wishes to discuss the recent violation of Celtic Pub’s Class BV Liquor License as noted in the above communication from the Pawtucket Police Department.
