A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Tuesday, November 21, 2017, at 7:42 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI. 
Present – Chairperson Moran, Councilors Barry, Kallman, Mercer, Rudd, Tetreault, Vitali and Wildenhain.
Absent – Councilor Cano.
Chairperson Moran presides.

Mr. Economou states that he ran the Macco shop for 25 years, and the place was immaculate.
He states that there has been a body shop at 626 Main Street for 60 years. It has been closed for 5 years.
He assures the Board that it won’t be a junk yard.
The hours will be 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday.
There will be 3 or 4 employees.
There are no other speakers.

THE CHAIR RECOGNIZES COUNCILOR KALLMAN.
With majority consent of the Board, the following motion made by Councilor Kallman, seconded by Councilors Barry and Rudd, is PASSED on a unanimous voice vote: 
The Clerk is instructed to AMEND and issue a revised summons to Di Nos Restaurant (Brava Restaurant & Bar Inc.) 908 Main Street, to appear at a FORMAL HEARING on Wednesday, December 6, 2017, for the following reasons:
1. On or about October 9, 2017 and November 5, 2017: Operating after hours. (see attached police reports) (Violation of R.I. Gen. Laws § 3-7-7, Pawtucket Ordinance § 108-18 and Rule 18 of Liquor Control Administration)
2. On or about May 22, 2017; July 3, 10, 17, 2017; August 7, 13, 18, 2017; September 11, 25, 2017; October 9, 22, 23, 29, 2017; and November 5, 2017; and November 13, 2017: Failure to maintain control of patrons and/or employees, agents; and/or endangering the health, safety and welfare of the general public; and/or permitting the house or place where you are licensed to sell beverages under the provisions of Title 3 of the General Laws to become disorderly as to annoy and disturb the persons inhabiting or residing in the neighborhood; and/or permitting any of the laws of this state or ordinances of this city to be violated. Upon motion made by Councilor Mercer, seconded by Councilor Barry, the meeting is adjourned at 8:02 p.m.
