A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, May 24, 2017, at 7:10 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI. 
Present – Chairperson Moran, Councilors Barry, Cano, Kallman, Mercer, Tetreault, Vitali and Wildenhain.
Absent – Councilor Rudd.
Chairperson Moran presides.
The reading of the records of May 10, 2017 is dispensed with and the records are APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk.

Mr. Ramsey states that there is confusion, he is only transferring the auto repair shop license. He will keep the second hand shop license; he will keep Car Care Plus.
Councilor Wildenhain states that the property owner told him that he is evicting the current license holder, Christopher Ramsey.
Mr. Ramsey states that he has not gotten an eviction notice.
Also speaking is Jeff Calista, 31 Daggett Avenue, Pawtucket, RI, property owner.
Mr. Calista states that there is more confused now than at the meeting on April 5, 2017.
He states filed the eviction papers today.
He states that he has no agreement with Mr. Lopez.
