A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, July 5, 2017, at 7:07 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI. 
Present – Vice Chairperson Mercer, Councilors Barry, Cano, Kallman, Rudd, Tetreault, Vitali and Wildenhain.
Absent – Chairperson Moran.
Vice Chairperson Mercer presides.
The reading of the records of June 21, 2017 is dispensed with and the records are APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk.

The PawSox Foundation will be involved with the event.
Councilor Mercer is requesting that the event end at 10:00 p.m.
Councilor Barry prefers that it end at 9:00 p.m. on Sunday.
Mr. Fera is okay with the time changes.
Councilor Mercer asks if they are able to keep parking out of neighborhoods.
Mr. Fera states signs will be posted where to park and there will be police detail.
Also present is David Lithgoe, 88 Lake Street Pawtucket, RI.
Mr. Lithgoe supports the PawSox and event.
He states that he was no problems with extra fireworks and wants the stadium to be used.
There are no other speakers.

Also present is Julian Colonia, 349 Lonsdale Avenue, Pawtucket, RI, who is a property owner in the area.
Mr. Colonia states that the trash has been out of control for the last 5 months.
There are barrels of oil that are open and spreads on lot when it rains.
The Dumpster is getting better, but still there are still problems.
Mr. Lazaro, owner, states that he doesn’t understand what is happening. He came down to find out.
He states that he called a company to pick up the oil, but they didn’t come.
He has only been the owner there for about 7 months. He is not going to be in business there for long because the new owner doesn’t want him there.
Mr. Lazaro states that he understands he has to clean up before he leaves.
He states that the new property owner will continue with the supermarket.
There are no other speakers.

THE COUNCILOR RECOGNIZES COUNCIL RUDD.
With majority consent of the Council, the following motion made by Councilor Rudd, seconded by Councilor Barry, is PASSED on a unanimous voice vote:
The Clerk is instructed to issue an informal hearing notice to Mukesh Tandon, property owner, 341 Weeden Street, Pawtucket RI, to appear at an informal hearing on Wednesday, August 9, 2017.
The Clerk is further instructed to have the Zoning Department conduct another inspection of the property.
