A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, August 9, 2017, at 7:22 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI. 

 

Present – Chairperson Moran, Councilors Barry, Cano, Kallman, Mercer, Rudd, Tetreault, Vitali and Wildenhain.

With majority consent of the Council, the following motion made by Councilor Rudd, seconded by Councilor Vitali, is PASSED on a unanimous voice vote:

 

The Clerk is instructed to issue a summons to Farole’s Restaurant, 461 Main Street a/k/a 82 Bayley Street, to appear at a FORMAL HEARING on Wednesday, September 6, 2017, for the following reasons:

 

1.      On or about April 14, 2017 and July 17, 2017: Operating after hours. (see attached police report) (Violation of R.I. Gen. Laws § 3-7-7, Pawtucket Ordinance § 108-18 and Rule 18 of Liquor Control Administration)

 

2.      On or about April 14, 2017 and July 17, 2017:  Failure to maintain control of patrons, agents or employees and/or permitting any of the laws of this state to be violated on the license premises (Violation of R.I. Gen. Laws § 3-5-23).
