A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, October 5, 2016, at 7:16 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI. 
Present – Chairperson Moran, Councilors, Barry, Bray, Cano, Hodge, Mercer, Rudd, Tetreault and Wildenhain.
Absent – 0
Chairperson Moran presides.
The reading of the records of September 21, 2016 is dispensed with and the records are APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk.

Speaking in favor is Attorney Henry H. Katz, 2417 Mendon Road, Woonsocket, RI, representing the applicant.
Also present is Victor Santos, 19 Derby Street, Pawtucket, RI, applicant.
Also present is Telmo DaSilva, 6 Claridge Road, Seekonk, MA, current license holder.
Mr. DaSilva states that he is aware of the three claims, two of which are paid.
Mr. Santos states that all employees will be TIPS certified.
His family has 25 years in this type of business. Mr. Santos, his wife and daughter will be there full time.
He will keep the same staff. Currently there are 17 employees.
There will be some changes to the menu.
The hours will be the same, except that in the future, he may try serving breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Mr. Santos plans to introduce himself to the neighbors.
There are no other speakers.
The hearing is closed.
