A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday,
Present – Chairperson Moran, Councilors, Barry, Bray, Cano, Hodge, Mercer, Rudd, Tetreault and Wildenhain.
Absent – 0
Chairperson Moran presides.
The reading of the records of November 22, 2016 is dispensed with and the records are APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk.

Speaking in favor is Alex Lineham, 110 Kenyon Ave, Pawtucket, RI, applicant.
Mr. Lineham states that he will be operating a tattoo studio.
There will be no signs in the window.
He is located in a live/work community.
He has approvals from the health, zoning and fire departments.
He has a lease for the business.
Also speaking is Sue Mara, Acting Director, Planning and Redevelopment.
Councilor Barry wants to be sure that there is no repeat of the fire in Oakland.
Ms. Mara states that there is a higher degree of scrutiny than in Oakland. There will be annual inspections by the Department of Health.
She states that the applicant must receive all of the approvals as any other business.
There will be a limit of five clients per week.
Mr. Lineham states that he hopes to sell t-shirts eventually, mostly on-line sales.

She will serve bar type food.
There will be no entertainment.
She will keep the building the same for now and will remodel later.
