A special session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Tuesday, October 27, 2015, at 5:08 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.  

 

Present – Councilors Barry, Bray, Cano, Hodge, Mercer and Wildenhain.

 

 

Absent – Chairperson Moran and Councilors Rudd and Tetreault.

 

 

Vice Chairperson Hodge presides.

 

 

Communication from Council President Pro-Tempore, Thomas E. Hodge, calling a Special Session of the Board of License Commissioners on Tuesday, October 27, 2015, at 5:00 p.m. is READ AND ORDERED FILED.

 

 

THE FOLLOWING PETITION FOR LICENSE WAS POSTPONED AT THE MEETING HELD ON OCTOBER 21, 2015 AND IS AGAIN TAKEN UP AND IS POSTPONED INDEFINITELY ON A UNANIMOUS VOICE VOTE.

Petition of Steven Dennehy for an entertainment license to conduct Haunted House at 335 Barton Street, from October 22 October 28 to November 25, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., and October 31, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. LIC#11173

 

 

 

Upon motion made by Councilor Barry, seconded by Councilor Mercer, the meeting is adjourned at 5:10 p.m.
